Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer a variety of shipping options so you can choose the speed and price that works best for you.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Deadlined Industries & Motor Pool Supply Co. ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (unless otherwise noted at checkout).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@deadlinedindustries.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
